Branches

The foundation to development of the regional business was laid by the Bank in the memorable for the Russian banking system year of 1998 with opening of the “Voznesensky” Branch in Ivanovo. The accumulated since those times experience shows that cooperation of the metropolitan bank and regional economies can be efficient and mutually profitable. Following the pace of its successful development, the OJSC “Investtradebank” went on expanding its presence in the Ivanovo region – in 2005 the “Voznesensky” Branch gave rise to three subsidiary offices. The subsidiary office, located in the town of Kineshma, was transformed to the “Kineshemsky” Branch of the head bank in August 2001. Today 21 structural subdivisions of the Bank are functioning in the Ivanovo region. In the framework of implementation of the Bank’s regional development plan, the “Penzensky” Branch was launched in June 2003 in Penza (with 5 subsidiary offices now) and the “Baltijsky” Branch – in June 2005 in Saint-Petersburg (with 8 subsidiary structural subdivisions).

At the end of 2006 a new branch was set up in Samara - the “Samarsky” Branch. In spring 2007 the “Volgogradsky” Branch was put in operation in Volgograd, in summer of the same year the “Tumensky” Branch started its work in Tumen and the “Saratovsky” Branch was established in Saratov. In December 2007 ITB opened the “Makhachkalinsky” Branch. In March 2008 the “Voronezhsky” and the “Kazansky” Branches started their activities, in May 2008 – the “Yaroslavsky” Branch and in June 2008 – the “Kostromskoy” Branch. In September 2008 the Bank opened its “Rostovsky” and “Vyborgsky” Branches, in December of the same year – the “Uralsky” Branch in Yekaterinburg. In May 2009 the “Vladimirsky” Branch (in Alexandrov) started to provide its services to the Bank’s clients. In March 2010 the Bank opened its "Permsky" Branch in Perm.

The unconditional priority for the Bank is irreproachable execution of its commitments, orientation to development of regions, where its branches have been opened, to expanding the range of its services and their better quality, allowing the OJSC “Investtradebank” to become a sustainable financial pillar for small and medium-size business enterprises and a reliable partner for the population.

Today regional subdivisions of the Bank function in five federal districts of the Russian Federation: in the Central, North-Western, Southern, Privolzhsky and Urals districts. The Bank plans a further expansion of its branch network, linking its development to opening its divisions in industrial and administrative centers of Russia.
